EMP Shredder

Introduction

Our EMP Shredders are designed for high speed and easy operation. They are suitable for final size reduction of rubber crepe/blanket derived from latex grades, cup lumps or skim. Our Shredders are robustly built and give high throughputs with low maintenance and operatiing costs

The unit comprises of a Main Cutting Roll with spiral grooving, feed roll and a static cutting blade which are mounted on a robustly designed steel frame.

Main Cutting Roll : One x 14" dia. x 26 inches Face Cast Iron Roll with Spiral Grooving. Main shaft is hydraulic press fit.
Feed Roll : High Tensile Steel
Static Cutting Plate  : Cast Iron
Bearings : Double-Row, Self-aligned Roller bearings
Prime Mover : 60 HP for main Roll & 3 HP for feed roll.
Transmission : Pulley driven with double reduction gearbox
Safety features : Mild steel cover with mesh
Electrical Supply : 380/440V AC 50 Hz Electric Supply.
Dimensions/Weight : 245 cm x 183 cm x 92 cm / Approx. 2500kg.
