EMP Malaysia submits 15mt/hour expandable 30mt/hour Palm Oil Mill quotation to Indonesia

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In February 2005, EMP Malaysia  in collaboration with a Turnkey Palm Oil Mill Contractor, has submitted a proposal to an Indonesian client for the construction of a 15mt/hr FFB (expandable to 30mt/hr ) Palm Oil Mill. The Palm Oil Mill is to be constructed on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia if we are successful.

This small to medium range of Palm Oil Mill offered is the latest technology that conveys Fresh Fruit Bunches from the loading ramps into the sterilizers by conveyors instead of the standard fruit cages. Unloading of the fruits after sterilization will also be done automatically and then fed into outlet conveyors that will convey the sterilized fruits to the  threshing stations. No loading and unloading cranes are used.

This new system was developed by our turnkey Palm Oil Mill contractor who has more than 30 years experience in Oil palm process. To date, the oil extraction rate is comparable to standard sterilizing systems.

This improved handling system by conveyors and the new range of sterilizers, have allowed the mill to constructed easily, compact in design and reliable. Some of these mills are already in operation in Thailand since 2004.
