Our company has recently received a notice from a Malaysian investor in Sumatra, Indonesia wishing to sell their Rubber Wood factory in Jambi, Sumatra, Indonesia.

Malaysian investor with a rubber wood factory is now for sale.

Location of the plant is at Jambi, Sumatera, Indonesia.

The asking price is USD 2.3 million subject to negotiation.

After much follow up and revision of our prices to our long term customer in Thailand, we have received confirmation that our existing client will buy their 3rd. Mobile Latex Coagulum Crusher from our company.

Over the years, this client of ours has used our crushers for the production of STR 5L Latex grades of rubber in Thailand. The company has been our client since 1988. Recently, they also placed an order for a Skim Block rubber dryer for their Latex concentrate factory. This dryer is operating above its design capacity of 500kg/hr and is now running at 700kg/hr.

Recently, we inspected and tested one unit of the latex separator at our fabricator's workshop.

Our EMP Malaysia Trading Division has just packed and delivered an export order for 2,000 kg of Ethephon Plus 10% concentration Latex stimulant to our client in Africa.

They placed the order in mid June and we were able to send out the goods by early July 2008 and will arrive the destination by end August. The order placed is for rubber season from mid 2008 to mid 2009.

EMP Malaysia Projects Division has recently submitted a quotation for the upgrading and conversion works of a 20 year old STR 5L of 2mt/hr.

The works include converting the existing dryer to run on gas which is currently cheaper than diesoline.

On the upgrading works, we will be replacing the 2 old Main Dryer fans with 2 new ones as the old ones have vibration problems due to wear and tear. Moreover, we are installing a new layer of stainless steel sheets in the interior and external walls of the dryer.

New tiling works will be done on the wet end of the dryer.

EMP Malaysia Trading Division has just received an order for the supply and delivery of 250 litres of GREENPLUS liquid foliar nutrients for rubber plants to a large Malaysian Plantation Group in Negeri Sembilan.

We were invited to bid for this supply and submitted our prices for the supply and delivery of GREENPLUS to this large Malaysian plantation group.

We were given the Local Purchase order this week and is to supply and deliver the GREENPLUS to the nursery in Negeri Sembilan by next week.

Packing is in 2 litres bottles.

EMP Malaysia has just received a fresh order of 2000kg of Ethephon PLus 10% concentration from our long term customer in Africa. This plantation group has been buying our Latex stimulants and tapping knives for the past 10 years.

Our latex stimulants have been proven to be reliable and efficient in stimulating latex production from rubber trees WITHOUT any harmful effect. The latex stimulant is water-based and is applied once a month only but not during rainy season or wintering season.

In order for us to increase our sales penetration into Southern Thailand for our EMP Range of Rubber processing systems, EMP Malaysia has recently appointed a Thai sales,marketing and installation agent in Thung Song, S. Thailand.

Through their recent effort, we have secured and installed a 17 stage Skim Block rubber dryer in Krungyan factory.

More work is expected to convert an existing 2mt/hour crumb rubber dryer into a gas heating system and the upgrading works on the dryer.

Our company was requested by a project consultant based in Kuala Lumpur to quote for 2 sets of Diesel Gensets. One set is for 675kVA/500kW and the other is for 375kVA/300kW.

Both units are with sound proof canopy type diesel gensets. These gensets are being used for a forest company in Sabah which the plant is being constructed.
