EMP Malaysia submits 60 Tons Single Chamber presses to Thai clients

EMP Malaysia has just submitted a price quotation for the supply and delivery of our EMP 60 Tons Single Chamber Press to a skim block factory and a STR 20 factory in Thailand.

Our press is based on top loading with bottom pressing and ejection system. This system ensures 100% pressed bale ejection from the press with minimum use of oil in comparison to current presses which extract the pressed bales from the top.

EMP MALAYSIA TRADING DIVISION TO EXPORT "GREEN" LATEX COAGULATING POWDER

From 2008 onwards, our Trading Division will be marketing and exporting a newly developed "green" water-based latex coagulating powder.

Greenyield Latex Coagulating Powder is both Non-Acidic and Environmental friendly to the rubber trees and users.

As the new product is non-acidic, it is not harmful to the persons who use it and to the rubber trees compared to using formic acid.

BANGLADESH ORDER BEING PREPARED FOR INSPECTION AND SHIPMENT

17TH. January 2008

Our recent Bangladeshi order for Gebung Type rubber tapping knives and sharpening stones are currently being packed and readied for inspection by an independent surveyor.

A Request for Inspection form will be prepared next week so that the inspection can be made before the end of January 2008.

After the inspection, the case will be delivered to our forwarding agent for shipment by 1st. week of February 2008.

EMP MALAYSIA SECURES NEW ORDER

EMP Malaysia's Managing Director, TW Kang who is currently on a marketing/sales trip to Southern Thailand has just secured a contract to supply Main fan, exhaust fan, and skim block dryer accessories to a Thai contractor. These items must be delivered by mid March 2008.

The items are for a small skim block rubber dryer of 500kg/hour which is currently being fabricated. This new contract augurs well for 2008.

EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS DIVISION SUBMITS SMR 5L/CV PROJECT

EMP Malaysia Projects Division has recently submitted a 2mt/hr SMR 5L/CV Crumb Rubber project to a Malaysian company.

The Malaysian company is interested to invest in a crumb rubber processing factory in a state in Malaysia. The quotation was sent to them recently and the project is being reviewed.

The company is keen to set up this factory so that their company can enhance a continuous income for the future. With high rubber prices in the world market, it is expected rubber prices will remain high for the next 5 years.

From 2008 onwards, EMP Malaysia can offer Mosquitos Coil Manufacturing Technology and expertise to interested worldwide investors who are keen to set up such a plant in developing countries.

EMP Malaysia Offers EMP Air Drying Systems for RSS/ADS/Michelin Sheets rubber factory

An South American company has requested us to submit a proposal for setting up of a RSS/ADS/Michelin Sheet rubber sheet factory.

The capacity is for about 50mt per month only.

We have proposed our EMP ADS/RSS/Michelin Sheet Rubber factory which will include latex bulking, latex coagulation, rubber sheeting, air drying tunnel system and a packing building.

Power to the rubber factory shall be by diesel generating set if there is no electrical power supply to the remote area.

Bangladesh orders Gebung Type rubber Tapping knives and sharpening stones

With current high rubber prices around the world, our Trading Division has just secured an order by our Bangladeshi agent.

The order is for the supply of Gebung type BDK No.1 Rubber tapping knives for mature trees, coarse and fine sharpening stones which will be supplied to rubber gardens in Bangladesh.

The agent placed a similar order in 2006 and in 2008, they expect to order more of our Ethephon Plus latex stimulants.

Our Gebung knives have been proven to be cost effective and value for money as they last longer and remain sharp.

EMP Projects Division Submits Preliminary SIR Factory proposals to Indonesia

Over the last few weeks, our Projects Division has been requested to submit our Crumb rubber processing plants to an Indonesian company.

They wanted to produce SIR 5 from latex and SIR 20 crumb rubber from cup lumps in Sumatra.

We have submitted our preliminary project proposals to the said company.

One of the lines for SIR 5 production is for 2mt/hr (800mt/month) and another 5 mt/hr SIR 20 line which can produce 2000mt/month - giving them a total monthly production of 2,800 mt/month.
