MIX helps save time and cost
From
the Thai research about natural rubber molecular weight minimization, it
has been found that if we want to reduce 80 unit ML of 50kg ribbed smoke
sheets to be 55 unit, it will require a 150 hp machine to masticate the
sheets and it will take 5 minutes to do so. By replacing RSS with E-ZY
MIX developed by RYC which possesses 55-60 ML, it will help save 5
minutes of processing time of mastication (by 150 hp machine) and saves
electricity consumption by 9 units.
In addition,
as the processing time is reduced, the machine maintenance costs is also
reduced leading to an increase of machine lifetime by 20-25%. Moreover,
the labour costs would be cut due to reduced process needed.
